* 24-Hour Notice:
Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a tutoring session.

*  Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged 50% of the session fee.

*  No-Shows:
If a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

*  Emergency Exceptions:
Genuine emergencies (e.g., illness, family emergencies) may be exempt from charges at the tutor’s discretion.

*  Repeated Cancellations:
Frequent cancellations or reschedules may result in loss of a reserved tutoring slot.

*  Tutor Cancellations:
If the tutor must cancel a session, students will be offered either a full refund or a free reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

*  Communication:
All cancellations or changes must be made via email, phone, or text message to ensure proper notice is received.
